Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. recently purchased a swimming pool from My Pool Direct and overall had a really positive experience. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website made it easy to compare different options and find what suited my space and budget.

Delivery was on time, and everything arrived well-packaged with no missing parts. The setup instructions were clear enough to follow, even for someone without much experience, and the pool itself feels sturdy and well-made.

Customer service was also helpful when I had a quick question during installation—they responded promptly and were easy to deal with.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend My Pool Direct to anyone looking for a reliable and good-quality swimming pool. Lynne was so so helpful.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted to leave a review, to say, I shopped around for quite some time and kept coming back to these guys. I found My Pool direct really helpful, I visited the showroom where we went through everything. Went to visit a customers pool they had supplied. And ordered. I must admit it took quite a bit longer than the anticipated lead time. I realize that this was no real fault of theirs and more the factories.

However, we have the pool now absolutely over the moon with it.

We found everyone to be very helpful and there was always someone to talk to when we had any questions. the delivery took longer slightly than originally forecasted but its in now and we love it. Thank you everyone at My Pool Direct Now to enjoy our summer!
